I think the finished result is not really good. Here's why: 
My eyes don't know where to focus: 
It's too bright, where am I supposed to rest my eyes at? It's like trying to have a nice room buy putting glitter everywhere. It doesn't work. 
Too much: 
You know the phrase less is more? Yeah... In this case, the drawing before it is better. It has less shiny stars all over the place and the eye is directly guided to the face then is free to explore the rest of the piece other than being blinded by the light. 

I'm not saying this to hate on your art. I've just scrolled through deviantart, saw it and was INSTANTLY amazed. I just want to see you improve and succeed, this is why I am giving you criticism.
